Job Summary

As a Market Operation Analyst at Vendease, you will be responsible for sourcing designated markets for high-quality food supplies and related products from suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing designated markets for high-quality food supplies and related products  from suppliers.


• Carry out daily procurement activities as assigned based on scheduled orders by the Market Operations team lead.


• Ensure timely and quality delivery to clients.


• Report status of all orders per time on Slack.


• Reconcile all orders from purchase- delivery information - GRN within 12 hours of delivery.


• Maintain good supplier relationships and update supplier information as required

Requirements

• Minimum O’ level


• Extensive experience working in Procurement or related fields.


• Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions


• Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills


• Ability to navigate markets to meet suppliers as required.
