Job Summary
We are looking to hire candidates experienced in Tech and Sales (Relationship Managers) with 2 - 3 years of experience in a commercial bank for our branches in Lagos, Abuja, Asaba, Akure, Abeokuta & Port Harcourt. The ideal candidates must currently work in a commercial bank with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/marketing & IT (Tech).
Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve set deposit targets specifically like growing balance sheet and generating Income, growing the numbers via sales acquisition.
- Develops and maintains business contacts with existing and prospective customers to grow the revenue and customer base for the bank’s products and services
- Initiates and agrees with customers to up/cross-sell the bank’s products/services as well as respond to customer enquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Assists customers to attain approval on new account openings by reviewing all KYC documents and linking entire customer accounts to suitable relationship management support system
- Follows up on prospective sales opportunities from discussions with existing and prospective customers to ensure conversion of new or repeat business
- Continuously engages the market to acquire new banking customers by building and nurturing business relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical conduct
- Makes daily calls to existing and prospective customers to mobilize deposits and other revenue-generating transactions as well as market other available banking products/services offered by the bank
IT / TECH
- Provide IT support to all staff members via phone, email, remote access, or in-person
- Manage user accounts and services on various cloud platforms such as Azure, Office365, Sharepoint, etc.
- Administer and maintain IT systems and software such as Active Directory, Exchange, EndPoints, firewalls, load balancers, email filters, backups, phone systems, mobile devices, etc.
- Set up and troubleshoot Office365 devices and email clients on tablets, phones, and computers
- Work with virtual desktop and remote desktop technologies
- Install, configure, and relocate desktops, laptops, printers, and other related devices
- Detect, report, and respond to potential cybersecurity incidents
- Configure and manage advanced network firewalls and switches
- Resolve and document end-user issues and requests in a timely and quality manner
- Organize and prioritize tasks and deadlines
- Create and update technical documentation and procedures
- Coordinate and define scope of work with telecom contractors
- Perform regular cabling and equipment installation tasks
- Open and follow up with tech support tickets from vendors such as internet providers, cloud solutions, consultants, etc.
- Research, design and implement new solutions for end-user needs
Requirements
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in Sales/Marketing and a help desk/IT support role
- Must be 29 years & below.
- willing to further a career in sales & Tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other relevant degree with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2)
- Experience in the set-up, configuration, and use of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. is required.
- Basic understanding of Cloud Solutions & Cloud Computing
- Knowledge of wireless networks, set-up maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Written and spoken fluency in English is required.
- Good knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
