Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire a PA for the Chairman of a leading group of companies with subsidiary businesses in real estate and hospitality. The ideal candidate will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Location: VI, Lagos.
Remuneration: N200,000 gross.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of Data, including checking of mails on the internet, receiving and making calls, booking of appointments, taking of messages, and receiving of clients and Chairman’s visitors.
- Management of the Chairman’s daily schedule and itineraries including his travel arrangements and related protocol services when necessary.
- To book and prepare meeting venues for the chairman and or his appointed representative.
- Prepare reports and addresses for occasions where the Chairman is invited.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- A graduate degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Economics, or any related courses
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
