Job Description



  • As the Head of Sales/Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market in Abuja and proven experience in sales and marketing leadership.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Revenue Generation:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market share.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to effectively promote and sell our real estate products and services.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate sales contracts.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.


Marketing and Branding:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and online campaigns.

  • Leverage digital marketing channels and social media platforms to reach potential customers and drive lead generation.


Team Management and Leadership:



  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.

  • Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales and negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop effective customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive referral business.

  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.


Market Analysis and Reporting:



  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct regular sales and marketing analysis, track key performance indicators, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and data analysis to drive sales and marketing effectiveness.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership within the real estate industry, preferably in Abuja.

  • Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market, including an understanding of customer preferences, market dynamics, and competitors.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.

  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and lead generation is an added advantage.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
