Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Lead and manage the IT department, including software developers, infrastructure engineers, solutions architects, network administrators, cybersecurity experts, and technical support staff.

  • Ensure the availability and reliability of the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.

  • Manage the IT budget, including hardware and software purchases, maintenance contracts, and service agreements.

  • Oversee the research, development and implementation of software solutions that meet the company's needs and requirements.

  • Assist in building and managing relationships with vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, ISO, BCMS and PCIDSS.

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the company's data and IT systems.

  • Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry and make recommendations to the senior management team.


Requirements:



  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing IT teams.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud computing.

  • Experience in software development, including Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, Lean Six Sigma etc.

  • Deep understanding and experience in ITIL frameworks and life cycles

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats and solutions, including risk management, compliance, and incident response.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
