Flexcube Support Engineer With JD Below
- Exposure to Flexcube L2 Production Support process Mandatory
- Good to have experience on version 11.3 to version 14.x
- Expertise in Incident and Request Management
- Expert level skills in UNIX & Oracle Mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills with ability to engage at middle management level of bank Mandatory
- Should have worked for a L2 Prod Support role in a Large Commercial Banking background and with around 3-6 years exp ( Mandatory)
- Need to be able to work on weekends and shifts by turns Mandatory
- Have expert knowledge on Autosys, batches and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience & ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues, logs escalated by L1 team (Mandatory)
- Capable of taking tasks that are only roughly defined yet involve complex interactions with other tasks and projects and translating them into concrete initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically and deliver tactically
- Self-motivated and able to take on responsibility
- Able to think on your feet
- Good organizer
- Good understanding of Domain for Flexcube and functions of the areas within a Bank.
- Design and optimize solution by discussing with various stakeholders.
- Carry out SIT, support UAT and implementation of the new customizations ordered.
- Coordinate with client for the Requirements assessment, testing, UAT and implementation.
- Knowledge transfer to DIB technical team on existing customization.
