Activity Summary
Responsible for smooth running of the Office and provide Administrative and HR Support.
Responsibilities
Office Management
- Support in the Management of Company Assets, Office Supplies Including Inventory & Purchasing.
- To be the First point of contact for general enquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers
- Preparation of reports, analysing data, and provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
- Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
- Perform operational procedures and practices, recordkeeping systems, forms controls, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative works
Human Resources
- To ensure accurate and up to date maintenance of employee files and database
- To assist with recruitment process, co-ordinate and oversee employees on-boarding
- To assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data
- Collaborate with HR Executives to resolve employee queries, concerns and conflicts
- Carryout other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualification
- OND/HND/BSC in industrial and Labour Relations/Business Management/ or relevant degree.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Other relevant program is an advantage
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
