Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well maintained.
Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
Prepare and submit reports to the manager, provide root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans.
Approve or reject products based on the quality standards.
Strict adherence to quality standard of the company
Maintain records, inspection results and perform documentation.
Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence
Competencies
To be able to identify deviations in standard.
Gathering and properly documenting all data inputs, related quality compliance reporting and tracking.
Ability to ensure that all utilized equipment and consumables are of the appropriate and approved/certified type and there are in a good status of maintenance and sufficient in number
Minimum Requirements
BE. Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical.
3 - 8 years of proven work experience as a Quality Control Inspector.
