Job Summary

• Drive instore sales of company products


• Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain product features and benefits


• Handle social media marketing and interactions for the store


• Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service.


• Process customer orders


• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.


• Offer solutions to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives


• Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant discipline


• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in a furniture/furniture accessories business


• Candidate must possess digital and social media marketing skills.


• Experience in Customer service is desirable.


• Candidate must live around the job location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
