QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Product or Process Ownership
- Ideally a tech savvy with a strong desire to learn
- Experience creating technical document, business flows and process diagram
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to plan, coordinate and set priorities
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Sound process improvement skills
- Good Business judgement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all business related process for the talent pipeline
- Implement and monitor management decisions for the value stream
- Ownership of all non-technical activities for the value stream
- Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team for the development testing and implementation of new and enhancement of existing processes and systems
- Analyse D2B talent pipeline processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Work with internal and external teams
- Strategize the vision focus for the talent pipeline value stream in alignment with the company roadmaps
- Work closely with the Technical Process Owner to determine the effectiveness of the processes and make improvements
