Responsible for smooth running of the Office and provide Administrative and HR Support.
Responsibilities
Office Management:
Support in the Management of Company Assets, Office Supplies Including Inventory & Purchasing.
To be the First point of contact for general enquiries.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers.
Preparation of reports, analysing data, and provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Perform operational procedures and practices, recordkeeping systems, forms controls, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
Perform skilled and responsible administrative works.
Human Resources:
To ensure accurate and up to date maintenance of employee files and database.
To assist with recruitment process, co-ordinate and oversee employees on-boarding.
To assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data.
Collaborate with HR Executives to resolve employee queries, concerns and conflicts.
Carryout other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
OND / HND / B.Sc in Industrial and Labour Relations / Business Management / or relevant Degree.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to operate Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Other relevant program is an advantage
