Job Brief

We seek to hire an experienced self-starter that understands the metering operations. He will provide and champion and lead the assurance of quality and compliance operations within the team.

Task

Provides direct coordination to meter operations that are in troubleshooting, power outage, meter connectivity issues and identifying meters with communication errors.

• Support monitoring meter installation to ensure compliance with company’s metering standard.


• Performs meter inspection, sealing and certification


• Assist in meter certification and sealing after installation.


• Support monitoring the capturing of newly installed meters to enable customers to vend.


• Resolution of problems after installation from vending to Loading


• Resolving customers post installation complaints.


• Preparation and submission of relevant metering report timely


• To take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and other QA/QC documents.


• Plan and oversee inspection and testing of products, correcting defects where necessary


• Ensure that your company’s quality assurance standards are not only met, but also refined and built upon over time


• Implement quality systems and organize training and other interventions to drive quality at the organization


• Confirm that products are compliant with regulatory requirements


• Document quality assurance activities, including internal audits, and maintain accurate records


• Perform leadership and advisory role as regards the metering department
