Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.

  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.

  • Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales effectiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team

  • Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.

  • Acquiring and updating knowledge of competitors' products and services, and market conditions.

  • Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade the audience.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in a sales role.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the SaaS industry or a related field.

  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.


Competencies / Skills:



  • A strong technical background, with experience in the SaaS industry and a good understanding of loan management systems.

  • Proven success in a technical sales role, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
