Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and alliances.
Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team
Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Acquiring and updating knowledge of competitors' products and services, and market conditions.
Making sales pitches at demonstrations or conference events to persuade the audience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
3 to 5 years of progressive leadership or managerial experience in a sales role.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets, preferably within the SaaS industry or a related field.
Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
Competencies / Skills:
A strong technical background, with experience in the SaaS industry and a good understanding of loan management systems.
Proven success in a technical sales role, with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex technical problems.
