Education
- BSc/HND degree in human resources or any other related field.
- CIPM/PHRi qualified or studying for would be an added advantage.
Required Skills/Abilities
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Officer
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Possess Leadership Skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- IT skills are required for interaction with HR software.
- Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must be able to discuss sensitive and confidential matters.
- Ability to implement HR policies.
- The ability to do multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
