REQUIREMENTS



  • At least 4 years of solid, practical, and working knowledge of sales and marketing in Nigeria.

  • Manages ColdHubs sales and marketing operations across Northern Nigeria.

  • Regular travels within Nigeria.

  • Extremely detailed, with good thought process in sales and marketing, and extensive use of all social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and trustworthy.

  • Resumes daily at the ColdHubs facility in the region.


Job Responsibilities



  • Manages all current business activities in the region.

  • Leads business development, marketing and customers’ educational process and activities in regional locations.

  • Delivers Post-Harvest Management Educational Training workshop in regional locations.

  • Recruits, Trains and Equips of ColdHubs Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) in regional locations.

  • Sets up Advertisements/Vacancies, for the employment of Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) once technical works, commences within a site.

  • Collates daily sales reports from Hub Operators, aggregates daily sales report into weekly report for Finance department and for other purposes.

  • Conducts daily supervision/check-ins/calls with all Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) within the region.

  • Quickly arranges or replaces a Sales Personnel (Hub Operator).

  • Recommends Sales Personnel (Hub Operators) to management, for disciplinary actions.

  • Recruits, Trains and Equips ColdHubs Market Canvassers in regional locations.

  • Support the iteration of all marketing initiatives.

  • Implement new marketing initiatives within the region.

  • Lead regional sales.

  • Implement strategies to increase regional sales.

  • Increase the value of for all regional current customers.

  • Identify and reach out to new regional customers.

  • Organize regular interactive meetings and engagements with customers within the region.

  • Foster and develop relationships with all customers within the region.


Job Requirements 


Education:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field.


Job experience:



  • At least 4 years of solid, practical, and working knowledge of sales and marketing.


Languages:



  • Excellent knowledge of English and Hausa languages

  • Networking and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivation and the ability to meet critical deadlines.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • Excellent organizational skills, as performance monitoring will be done every quarter.

  • Excellent computer skills.
