Job Responsibilities



  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO

  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Manage confidential information and documents

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director


Requirements



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar course.

  • 1-2 years’ Previous experience in secretarial duties, customer service representative, Executive assistant, or relevant field

  • Must reside in Magodo or close Environs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Excellent Customer service skills

  • Must be available to resume immediately.
