Job Responsibilities

Part but not limited to:

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender stage.


• Coordinate material orders and ensure quality control of installations.


• Oversee on-site assembly capacity and specialized fabrication when required.


• Monitor, manage, and coordinate a team of installers.


• Liaise with project managers and site teams and provide progress updates on installation and equipment issued


• Perform any other functions as requested by the Project Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a relevant discipline.


• MBA and M.Sc in a relevant field is an advantage.


• Relevant certifications in Engineering or Building technology is an advantage


• Minimum of 15 years' experience in curtain walling systems (Stick System, Unitized, etc.), other aluminium installations such as doors, windows, etc., and cladding systems.


• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on aluminium works.


• Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
