Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline) to promote our products/services.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to optimise results.
Brand promotion and positioning:
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop creative and engaging content for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
- Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.
Lead generation and conversion:
- Identify potential leads and develop strategies to attract and engage them.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Digital marketing and social media management:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Event planning and coordination:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Measure the impact of events and provide post-event analysis and reports.
Person’s Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with 4 years’ experience.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the [industry/sector] field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and marketing analytics tools.
