Job Description

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Maintenance and drastic reduction of vehicles downtime


• Scheduled utilization report and fleet software management


• Vehicle insurance and documentation


• Management of fleet contracts nationwide


• Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes


• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed


• Manage budget to align with the goals of the business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.


• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)


• People Management Skill


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Strong ability to multitask


• Comfortable working with multiple groups within business units
