Job Description



  • Implement and champion new programs and systems that creates an efficient employee process and great employee experience. 

  • Manage relationships and contracts with crucial People Operations vendors and service providers. 

  • Execute the onboarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on; data collection and integrity, set-up of employee profiles (Zoho, Engagedly), staff confirmation, exit process etc. 

  • Performance Management; process initiation & reporting. 

  • Process overtime, invoices and other vendor payment related matters. 

  • Support employee data reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives. 

  • Work closely with other team members to execute any People & Culture plan/strategy. 

  • Use of HRIS, Office 365 (Forms, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM, Good administrative skills (Process-oriented, thorough, time-management)


Requirements



  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, and relevant HR certification from CIPM/SHRM/HRCI 

  • Good communication skills,

  • Problem-solving skills, Organizational skills, Collaboration skills (Team player). 

  • Ability to learn, unlearn and relearn
