Duties and Responsibilities
- Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cafe operations.
- Ensure all aspect of cafe's operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop strategic plans to foster growth and enhance expansion.
- Ensure compliance to all operations standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures such as food safety and hygiene policy, customer service policy
- Achieve growth by hitting sales targets.
- Handle customers and team complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports on cafe operations.
Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Hospitality ,Management or related field.
- At least 5 years work experience as a Cafe Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
- Culinary schooling is compulsory
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
- Familiarity with cafemanagement software, like Open-tableand Peach-works.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Attention to details.
- Good problem-solving skills.
