We are currently in need a qualified and well-experienced applicant to fill in the role of Sales Executive - Real Estate.
He/she will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and closing deals in the highly competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and timely information about properties.

Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND or BSc in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
