Job Brief

• We require the services of a motivated Special Education Teacher. The job holder will be in charge of instructing classes of kids with mild to moderate disabilities in this position. Your main responsibilities will be to modify the current curriculum in fundamental topics and writing to meet the unique learning requirements of each student.


• You will design individualized lesson programs that are suited to their particular needs.


• You will also work with parents and the support staff to resolve any important issues that can obstruct children' growth.


• Your ultimate objective will be to offer youngsters direction and inspiration so they can reach significant learning milestones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze student performance and develop lesson plans.


• Adapt educational resources to students' requirements


• Keep tabs on your students' progress and evaluate it.


• Keep an eye on children's behavioral tendencies and make any necessary arrangements for interventions.


• Find entertaining exercises to educate abilities (such as acting and sketching).


• Organize crises in the classroom and settle disputes


• Educate students about the transfer to the following grade


• Give parents information on their kids' performance and any potential issues.


• Mentor and/or coach other professionals who work with disabled children.


• Create comprehensive intervention strategies in collaboration with the support staff, such as school counselors and speech therapists.

Qualifications and Abilities

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a special education teacher or in a job that is required


• Good knowledge of contemporary special education themes and approaches


• Working knowledge of a variety of children's difficulties


• The capacity to draft IEPs


• A temperament that is tolerant, creative, and tenacious


• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
