Job Brief



  • The Customer Service Officer will provide a first-class customer centric services.


Duties / Responsibilities



  • Receive and respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.

  • Resolve complaints through phone, email, or social media.

  • Process ordersand requests.

  • Communicate customer’s requests and feedback to the required team.

  • Create and maintain database of customers.

  • Provide pricing and delivery information to customers.

  • Assist in sales.

  • Regularly compile reports and submit to the management.

  • Perform any other task assigned.


Skills / Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND from a recognised institution.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Have a pleasant and professional phone presence.
