SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEAD
- This role oversees the effectiveness of technology solutions for a FinTech company.
- You will lead the strategy, software development, scaleup and maintenance of web and mobile apps for the company.
- Your role will require engagement across departments, including the CEO, and will alsinclude supervision of the internal ICT infrastructure of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the evolution and implementation of FinTech solutions and services, including the digital governance, budgeting, management strategy and technical operations.
- Identify knowledge and capacity gaps and design and implement a strategy for improving digital capabilities within the organization.
- Coordinate and manage the relationships between relevant vendors, partners and clients, and strengthen existing digital solutions in alignment with the overall objectives and goals of the company.
- Identify gaps in digital capabilities necessary for the success of company programs.
- Recruit and establish a high-performing team of tech talent tenhance the existing, and build new products, workflows, and analytics that address identified gaps.
- Oversee management processes such as routine prioritization, workload management, leave, travel and son.
- Enable effective goal setting, team process, performance management; coach staff tidentify leadership and technical challenges and implement commensurate solutions.
- Develop clear, evidence-informed proposals and budgets tsupport solutions and new initiatives.
- Engage users tunderstand the product use cases and requirements tinform the development and roll-out of solutions across different levels.
Qualifications and Skills – (Minimum Requirements):
- 10+ years of experience leading data, product management, software development, or design teams as a product, engineering, or design lead
- Required leadership experience in:
- collaboration and coordination with stakeholders with different interests in a fast-paced environment tensure product deliverables are met
- interacting with organizational leadership on change management
- managing product development, sprints, roadmaps, and backlogs.
- managing a technology team that has external vendors and in-house digital solutions
- software development experience for FinTech applications with an eye toward interoperability and security challenges
- analyzing and translating data for appropriate decision-makers, connecting data taction
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology or related field, while not required, may be advantageous.
