Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute a retail sales strategy across various touch points, including DSA structure, digital platforms, and online.

  • Devise strategies to drive the sale of mutual funds and other retail products to the staff of corporates in the region.

  • Create reports on investment performance and activity.

  • Form strategic partnerships with platforms to leverage their existing networks to drive client acquisition and onboarding.

  • Generate Assets under Management (AUM) of N30 billion & $20m annually shared proportionately across the various Business units on a pro-rata basis.

  • Generate securities equity trade of N500m in the first year.

  • Devise strategies to grow the clientele base to 60,000.

  • Customize investment solutions to suit the investment needs of prospects and clients.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

  • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offers to satisfy customers’ needs.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business-related or Social Sciences or any other related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years post NYSC experience; Others (Added Advantage)

  • MBA or MSC

  • Sales and Marketing Qualification

  • Any relevant professional qualification (CIS, CIIA, CISI etc.)

  • Proven experience and deep knowledge of the financial services industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and function effectively under pressure. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Very effective organizational skills

  • Effective written communications skills

  • Excellent computer, Pressure, and Time management skills.

  • Ability and willingness to travel at short notice.
