Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements:

• B.Sc. / HND Degree in inventory management, Mathematics or any related field.


• 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field


• Must be detailed and organized


• Proficient with Ms. Office and QuickBooks


• Excellent organizational and communication skill


• Proximity to job location


• Willing to learn Responsibilities


• He/she is responsible in preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records.


• Monitor inventory levels to ensure there is no over-stocking or out-of-stock of inventor


• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variance


• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records        of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.


• Actively participate in the monthly physical count of Inventory, reconciles actual stock count to Quick books


•  Generate reports and follow through to ensure the necessary stock adjustment is carried out on Quick book
