Job Description

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation in the following areas; Plumbing, Electrical systems, Carpentry, Aluminium, Air conditioning and Refrigeration, Generator, Painting.


• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues


• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities


• Monitor equipment inventory and raise orders when necessary


• Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring


• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance


• Fuel Requisition, purchase and allocation


• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities


• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment


• Ensure facilities conform to regulatory standards


• First aider and Emergency responder


• Ensure effective waste disposal

Requirements

• A minimum of OND


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role


• Ability to effectively communicate, read and write.


• Organizational abilities


• Ability to work under pressure


• Polite and able to get along with people.


• Residing close to location is an added advantage.
