Job Description / Responsibilities

• We are looking to hire a super-smart person to work with us and our tutors as a tutor manager.


• In this role, you will work with the operations team in designing tutor engagement initiatives to improve overall satisfaction.


• You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to interview and onboard tutors.


• Handling tutor related affairs and managing tutors.


• Maintain team productivity and morale and take steps to keep tutor retention strong.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary

N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
