Job Summary

• We are looking for Reservations and Ticketing officers to join their dynamic team.


• As a reservation and ticketing officer, you will communicate using various mediums such as on the phone, email and face-to-face therefore the quality of your customer service is crucial to providing a VIP experience to all customers.


• As a reservations officer you must be with vase with industry news and build content for relevant information

Job Description

• Make professional and accurate travel arrangements for our clients including air and ground transportation reservations.


• Converse with customers to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.


• Contribute to revenue growth and profit margin of the organization.


• Maintaining statistical and financial records.


• Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.


• Using GDS and website reservations systems to check availability.


• Create tailor-made holidays for the world's best Hotels & Resorts.


• Provide advice about visas or passports


• Follow up on Enquiries and Convert them to Sales.


• Keep Informed of Business Changes that affect the Ticketing Area.


• Sell travel products like holidays and insurance and provide detailed advice on routes and destination excursions.


• Work with impressive attention to detail.


• Work under pressure and meet agreed timelines whilst managing multiple high-end clients.


• Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by the company


• Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.


• Preparing promotional materials and display including airline promotions to clients.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications


• Minimum of 1 -2 year working experience in a Travel Agency


• Proficiency in the use of Sabre, and Amadeus GDS


• Availability to create Good travel content


• Strong Analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• A positive attitude and a growth mindset.


• Must be an out-of-the-box thinker.


• Online Sales Experience


• The preferred candidate must reside on the Mainland

Salary

• N50,000 monthly salary with commission-based incentives.
