Position Overview:


We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager with a background in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the dermatology field. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of managerial experience and possess strong knowledge of medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical beauty products. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and developing strategic initiatives to achieve our business objectives.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the dermatology field.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team members.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including medical spas, dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand the customer base and market presence.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and competitor activities in the dermatology and pharmaceutical beauty products industry.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and product launch strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Provide market insights and feedback to the management team to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) would be a plus.

  • Minimum of 6 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the dermatology field.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical beauty products.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
