Position Overview:


We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Promoter to join our team. The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting and selling skin-related products, machines (such as laser machines), and after-treatment creams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in promoting beauty and skincare products. They should also possess knowledge and experience in the medical spas, dermatology, and pharmaceutical fields, with a strong understanding of beauty products (non-drug related).


Responsibilities:



  • Promote and sell our range of skin-related products, machines, and after-treatment creams to potential customers.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to customers regarding the features, benefits, and proper usage of the products.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Meet sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or area.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments to effectively position our products in the market.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively highlight the features and benefits of our products.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, including customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in promoting skin-related products, machines, and after-treatment creams.

  • Experience in the medical spas, dermatology, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of beauty products, particularly those related to skincare.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey product information.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
