Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, systems, and processes to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of objectives.
- Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes, considering financial, operational, and technological aspects.
- Use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate data and generate insights that drive informed decision-making and support business strategies.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new business processes, systems, and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and recommend relevant improvements to enhance business performance and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 4 Years plus experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools and software such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data visualization tools.
- Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
