  • As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties within our portfolio.

  • Your primary objective will be to ensure optimal property performance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient property management and timely resolution of issues.


Responsibilities



  • Manage and oversee the operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Screen and select qualified tenants, conduct lease negotiations, and enforce lease agreements.

  • Address tenant concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes.

  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and records.

  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote property vacancies and attract prospective tenants.

  • Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and ensure compliance.

  • Foster positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of local market trends and rental laws.

  • Valid real estate license or certifications (if applicable).
