Job Summary
- Our company is looking for an Executive Assistant who will work closely with the Business Head. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with C-level executives.
- This person will serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- She will be responsible for maintaining and, managing the Business Head’s calendar, as well as arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Some of their responsibilities will include information management, administrative support, and special projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review correspondence, emails, and other documents on behalf of the Business Head, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business development and growth. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the industry.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports based on insights received.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, and prepare reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, elicit and document business requirements.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and travel, occasionally, as needed.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
- A Master's Degree or post-graduate certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
