Job Summary: 

• We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Electricity Line Mates.


• In this role, you will work closely with experienced Linemen to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power lines and equipment.


• You will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and safe distribution of electricity to our customers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced Linemen in the installation and repair of electrical power lines, transformers, and other related equipment.


• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance tasks under the guidance of senior team members.


• Provide support during troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve electrical issues.


• Assist in the operation of specialized equipment, such as bucket trucks and hoists, as directed.


• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and the team.


• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work activities and ensure efficient operations.


• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.


• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and equipment is preferred.


• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.


• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior team members.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Education and Work Experience:

• No specific education or work experience required, but any previous exposure to electrical or construction work is advantageous.
