Our client is looking to urgently employ the services of an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for executing human resources functions to support and improve daily operations.
The HR Manager will workin partnership with all other departments within the company to deliver HR strategic business goals and initiatives.
He/she will manage the company’s relationship with its employees, taking a hands-on approach to achieve a better dynamic across the organization and minimize attrition.
In managing employee relations, the incumbent will be responsible for recruitment and hiring, communicating Human Resources policies, and make strategic recommendations, and assisting in the company’s continued growth and development.
The Profile
Minimum of a First Degree from a reputable institution
5-8 years work experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Prior experience working in close coordination with Business Leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall organizational objectives
Able to design and formulate HR policies and processes in line with current HR practices
Able to deploy innovative Talent Management and Employee Engagement strategies to promote positive employee engagement and productivity
Excellent people management, analytical, and decision-making skills
