Job Description



Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement an internal marketing programme.

  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales

  • Build and develop communications with define/target audience

  • Provide marketing plans, advertising and direct marketing campaigns

  • Support the marketing manager in delivering cost effective budgets

  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing collateral

  • Prepare creative content for both online and print campaigns (videos and blog post)

  • Support LBSL social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to engage, motivate, and inform

  • Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

  • Liaise with designers and printers to arrange photo shoots

  • Maintain and update customer databases

  • Research and analyses market trends, competitor, offerings, demographics and other information that affects marking strategies

  • Identifies area for improvement in service offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities.

  • Weighs in on important decision involving services advertising, media channels and branding

  • Monitors marketing activities and assists in adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Adheres and implement all company policies and procedures.


KPIs



  • Return on Marketing Investment each month

  • Increase in revenue generation capabilities of LBSL (subject to actual/determined LBSL objectives)

  • Brand awareness percentage

  • Sales Revenue.


Required Qualifications and Work Experience

Qualifications:



  • Higher National Diploma (HND) / Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc), in Marketing or any other related field, from an accredited Higher Education Institution.


Experience:



  • Four(4) years post-qualification experience in relevant field for B.Sc / HND and

  • Eight(8) years post-qualification experience in relevant field for OND

  • Membership of relevant professional body

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels,including SEO,PPC,Social Media ,Email Marketing and display advertising

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web anaiytics tools(Goggle Analytics).
