Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring client computers systems, resolve computer common issues;


• Maintain IT devices, such as whiteboard, CCTV, door access control, attendance machine, and support meetings;


• Assist in the operation and maintenance of local leased lines, LAN.


• Must have networking skills

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT technical support engineer;


• Experience in LAN, WLAN and WAN, good understanding and experience in networking routing protocols, have strong problem-solving skills;


• Desktop service experience is preferred;


• Must be a good team player, willingness to think and improve yourself.


• Qualified candidates should have worked as a Cisco Engineer, Network Integrator, and ISP
