Job Description

• Ensure steady efficiency in all operational (movement of materials from individuals, store, WIP, Lobby and sales reconciliations) activity.


• Produce report to show the cost of sales/consumption broken down into standard plus


• Accurate record keeping of all material movements between Store, WIP and Lobby


• Ensure Staff food costs are optimized and within budget


• Carry out periodic checks to ensure cost price of materials are optimized


• Responsible for stock counts during midmonth and month end

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree qualification.


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Proximity to Island is key.
