Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff members


• Reviewing job applications and making hiring decisions


• Providing training and orientation to new and existing employees


• Advising on pay, benefits, promotion, and other remuneration issues


• Undertaking regular salary reviews and performance appraisals


• Liaising with managers and staff on HR policies and procedures


• Developing HR planning strategies to meet short-term and long-term staff needs


• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years experience.
