- We are looking to recruit a qualified Business Development Officer to drive the company's outsourcing department.
Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
- Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business by utilizing company services.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Analyzing client feedback data to determine whether clients are satisfied with company services.
- Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
- Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Conducting market research to identify & win new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
- Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Business Development in Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to make business presentations using slides.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be smart.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ready to resume immediately.
