Job Summary:
- The Head- Marketing and Communications will oversee all marketing and brand activities within Bukka Hut, by developing strategies and implementing budgets, and goals.
- Also ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels; Online and Offline.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies for all products and services of the company.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- Ensure strong brand messaging, which should be consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, i.e., events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personality.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Prepare marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) and strategize them such that they align with the annual business objectives.
- Oversee and approve corporate marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other brand collaterals.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Position the business with a strong digital brand presence to maximize market share in the quick-service restaurant space.
- Organize and implement Outlet specific marketing campaigns.
- Responsible for all cooperate communications.
Qualification & Experience
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or any social science discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Marketing; traditional and digital.
- An Experience in a renowned quick-service restaurant business would be a strong advantage.
- Professional Certifications in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing or equivalent professional certification in Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in managing and executing Brand and Marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
- Mastery of knowledge of web analytics tools and optimization of Google Ads.
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage marketing budgets optimally.
- Knowledge of design software, photography, and video editing would be a strong advantage.
- Abreast with the latest industry trends and best practices in online and traditional marketing and measurements.
