Job Summary

• AFC Capital Partners is the Asset Management subsidiary of AFC. The job holder will be expected to identify, execute and support the transport infrastructure sector, Investment Processing and Portfolio Management.


• The incumbent will work closely with AFC Investment teams on origination, deal screening, appraisal, and execution of coinvestment opportunities alongside AFC.

Education

• Possess a strong track record of academic achievement at the Masters level from a leading university in finance or related discipline.


• Relevant advanced degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Infrastructure Investments, or other analytical related fields such as engineering, etc.


• Relevant professional qualifications/certifications related to finance such as CFA will be advantageous.

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in infrastructure investments and private equity.


• Proven track record of leading negotiations, execution and documentation of debt and equity investments.


• Deep knowledge and practical experience in integrating ESG and Climate Change integration principles in the investment process.


• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory while oral and written fluency in other international languages will be an added advantage.
