Play a key role within the regional team to assist in developing and executing the marketing strategy for the African continent;
Work closely with in-house teams in Tallinn office and local regional team to ensure implementation of these strategic activities proposed by regional team;
Liaise between local team based remotely and in-house teams to ensure local team’ s actions are understood internally and implemented;
Constant optimization of marketing activity based on analysis for the market;
Help manage all customer lifecycle and reactivation communications across all channels;
Help create clear retention plans for the market – including detailed briefs for the CRM execution team including targeting, mechanics, etc;
Be hands-on and assist local team based remotely in the implementation of all campaigns across each brand and product;
Report on day-to-day CRM activity and ensure reports are up to date and accurate. This will in effect allow the team to develop insight into the effectiveness of all lifecycle campaigns, which will ultimately provide the intelligence to continuously improve and identify future opportunities for growth;
Checking of monthly sales and profit reports for the region, and work very closely with existing head of region to make improvements and suggest changes to improve bottom line;
Communicate and help improving performance with our marketing partners in the regions (affiliates, digital agencies, brand ambassadors, etc)
Analyze reports, identify weaknesses/opportunities with current deals on the sites and alert head of region.
Collaborating or handling issues involving communications between head of region and Tallinn office;
Manage relationships with existing strategic content partners in the region, specially with brand ambassador’s agents , PR , media and production agencies;
You will also play a major role in managing key asset for the group in the region and to make it commercially viable. If achieved, potential to become main product manager of that asset in the mid term.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in same role

Important that you can understand the bigger picture, have a solution- oriented mind, and understand also importance of privacy and confidentiality;
Ideally you have some knowledge/interest on African continent, and you like emerging markets;
Previous experience in music/entertainment/crypto industries a plus, but not a must;
