Job Summary
We are looking for a competent Sales Administration Officers who will be responsible for handling all Authority to Collect processes and procedures at the Sales Depots.
Requirements
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking Authority to Collect (ATC) data accuracy.
- Maintain and update customers' Authority to Collect (ATC) across depot locations.
- Close and reconcile all Authority to Collect (ATC) printing and collection per customer.
- Liaise with the Depot Logistics Department to ensure timely dispatch through On-Time ATC printing for customers.
- Address any customer queries and guide them on Authority to Collect (ATC) related matters.

Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years related job experience.
