About the job



  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues.

  • You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams.


Responsibilities



  • Reproduce customer environment and run tests

  • Experience supporting various IT Systems

  • Proven support experience in software as a service (SaaS) and other cloud applications

  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products


Qualifications



  • 3+ years' of technical support/Engineer experience

  • B.Sc./HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Time management and multitasking.
