We are hieing aaQuality control inspector who will be responsible for examining products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.

Duties:

Quality controller will typically do the following:

• Read blueprints and specifications


• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards


• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process


• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced


• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometer. 


• Accept or reject finished items


• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications


• Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected. 

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the textile related Industry. 


• Must have worked in a factory. 


• Good written and verbal communication skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Keen attention to detail.


• Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.


• Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers
