About the role:

• The candidate shall assist in the establishment of Sales Force Automation (SFA) software in the organization with the help of an SFA service provider.


• Coordinating with the SFA software provider to obtain appropriate data from 3rd party stakeholders to enable consistent reporting, measurement, and evaluation of activation of our brands via SFA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the deployment of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools to drive consistency across markets and efficiency of sales operations with the help of SFA service provider.


• Help standardize, create, and manage resources, project plans, and the sales team's progress as the SFA is implemented.


• Create strong connections with key stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment throughout the SFA implementation process and collaboration with the relevant cross- functional teams.


• Follow appropriate reporting standards and governance processes, offering data and insights.


• Responsible for communicating with the sales team, their line managers and all other stakeholders to correct any issue with the SFA tool.


• Ensure the sales team has access to useful data for decision-making, proper SFA utilization, and efficiency enhancement.


• Evaluate any technical issues encountered while using applications, escalate them to the backend technical team, and provide assistance in offering solutions.


• Conduct market visits for feedback on how well the SFA application is working for the end users, document any problems, and reassure a proper solution.


• Assist in demonstrating the SFA application to the sales team while providing thorough and technical training for end users.


• Proper documentation, ownership, maintenance, and administration of all SFA assets

Requirements

• Candidate requirements: Minimum 2-4 years in SFA software data management or equivalent data migration and should have an understanding of the sales force data model.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a IT System/Business Analyst or a Salesforce Consultant


• Experience in documenting business processes and requirements


• Great communication skills


• Ability to transfer knowledge


• Good analytical skills


• Very good level of English proficiency 2nd language preferred


• Knowledge regarding IT system lifecycle


• Problem solving attitude and quick learning
