Job Description
JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for Procurement information documentations and review
- Responsible for Purchase Order recording and disbursement to suppliers
- Ensure completeness of all Procurement process on any transaction
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES
Describe the principal duties expected of this role & quantitative aspect which signify its scope, such as volume, profit, budget
- Collates all approved Purchase Orders and documents in procurement logbook
- Monitor approved Internal Orders and ensure they are serviced
- Keep up to date procurement information on all transactions
- Monitors all orders and ensures complete delivery and report any incomplete transaction
- Initiate tendering process for all approved internal order requests
- Analyze and deliver all approved tenders
- Keep track of all price gain or loss on all items
- Ensure that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager Procurement
- Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
- Carries out any other duty assigned by Supervisor
